Build Monitor Siren

I made a monitor using an ESP8266 and a little car siren to watch our build status and flash if anyone breaks the build. Adafruit's Huzzah ESP8266 is a great little device that was real easy to get up and running, and they provided a free MQTT broker that makes it easy to publish/subscribe to feeds.
